**September 8: Impact of Collective Trauma. Collective trauma can transform into a collective memory, which culminates in a system of meaning that allows space for groups to redefine who they are and where they’re going. Hear from a panel of Mental Health professionals that will help us understand and navigate our way through our Collective Trauma.
September 14: Moving Through Grief & Mourning. Grief can surface and appear as anger, sadness, and fear. Regardless of its form, grief can be challenging to move through. We’ll hear from a panel who will share their journey that can help us move through feelings of grief and loss of a loved one, a relationship/marriage, a dream, a career, or even a way of life.
September 21: The Power of Collective Healing. Collective trauma can surface in times of crisis. It can also be transformed into collective healing. Join us as we learn from a panel of experts on how to respond to collective trauma and collectively heal ourselves, each other, communities and society.
September 28: Surviving and Thriving. We’ll learn from a panel of experts on the difference between surviving and thriving. In times of hardship, Survive means to “continue to live or exist. To Thrive is to flourish, prosper, and grow.
