BE YOU, BE HEARD, BE SEEN

The intersectional experience of Black women in business is often overlooked and undervalued. True equity and inclusion calls for women to unite across all industries to advocate, celebrate and support Black professional women at every level of their career.

SEEN is a month long virtual event & content series in October that connects Black women and allies across various industries with impactful programming curated to amplify Black professional’s voices, experiences and initiatives for change.

What to Expect:

WEEKLY PANELS

Join us in October every Thursday from 12-1:30pm for a virtual conversation with Black Female Executives, thought-leaders & rising stars who are creating impact within their companies & communities.

OCT 1 - Pipeline to Progression

Black female leaders discuss the trials and triumphs of having a seat at the table and how to affect change at the leadership level.

OCT 8 - Early Career Impact

Young black professionals share best practices on how to affect change at every level, even in entry & mid-level positions.

OCT 15 - To Affinity Groups & Beyond

Industry affinity group leaders discuss creating intentional inclusive community and how to help thread D&I into the DNA of company culture.

OCT 22 - Under Her Influence

Impactful Black female entrepreneurs share the power of influence and how to lead with purpose and intention.

OCT 29 - Amplify Her Sound

Black female musicians, industry executives, producers, writers and enthusiasts can be credited for some of the world's most iconic hits and sound innovation. Industry executives discuss how Black women's representation in music & media impacts culture and society.
