Meet our lady boss of the week, Johanna Grange. She's a lifestyle blogger and the co-founder of Oak Street Social which is a social media marketing agency here in Chicago. Their services include strategy, content creation of the visual and written kind, execution, influencer marketing, community management, social media advertising and reporting. They service both local and national clientele ranging from beauty to hospitality to toy companies and food/beverage. Johanna has worked in the digital space for many years until she felt it was time she take her freelance work to the next level alongside her partner, Carolyn Jones. The duo eat, breathe and sleep social media. Johanna leads the new business development which is something she is very passionate about.

In her free time, Johanna tries to spend as much time as possible without a schedule and is always with her little family. Second to this is working out as she believes everyone needs some form of daily release from work stress. Johanna also believes weekend naps are golden!
