CAP STRAT Women's Forum Virtual Mid-day

Meet-up : Curating a Personal Board of Directors (PBOD)

Mid-day Meetup | Curating a Personal Board of Directors (PBOD)

Curating a PBOD is a strategic and intentional process that takes time but is worth the effort both personally and professionally!

About this Event

Have you ever been offered unfiltered feedback or sweeping support from a collective body of professionals invested in your success? If not, perhaps it’s just the right time to recruit a group of diverse women and men to be on your PBOD. While a PBOD isn’t formal body that meets together on a regular basis, they are a close network of individuals who you know to be truthful and willing to be there for you to offer advice, guidance, opportunity and perspective. PBOD’s can include sponsors, accountability partners, mentors, a coach, subject matter experts, colleagues, friends - all who are willing to help in a myriad of ways but mostly to set you up for success.
