Adapting to the new normal (for now) and taking the time to share my services with those who are searching for a place to connect during these social distancing times.
Join me on your mat as we incorporate breath and movement in this vinyasa style flow. My goal is to guide you through a practice that allows you to disconnect from what is going on outside of your mat and move you through inner gratitude and peace.
*You will receive an email 2 hours before the event start time with a login link for google hangouts (this requires you to log in so be sure to check this out at least 10-15 min before class if you have not used it before - happy to help you get it set up). The playlist will be provided with further instructions.
**Due to this being a virtual event, props are not required but if you like to practice with them or have some at home feel free to incorporate them into your flow. I personally have blocks I like to use but these can be replaced with books or other sturdy items around the house.
- I suggest setting up a space that will allow you to feel comfortable, a mat, some candles, coffee, whatever makes you feel at peace.
About Your Instructor:
Tasha Liberman is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance since 2016, teaching vinyasa, hatha, and power/sculpt style flows.
Tasha enjoys using morning yoga to set the intention for not only your practice but the day ahead. She brings a unique combination of a core strengthening and mind grounding that teaches to each student based on their own specific needs.
