After 25+ yrs. of a career spanning an exciting range of corporate creative roles first, in NYC’s ad world as Vice President at J. Walter Thompson, on Client-side @ Discovercard.com & more recently as a Managing Consultant within the Digital Practice at Korn Ferry.

While there, she faced what she knew, that the hiring/recruiting process is broken. So left she started Portfoliorocket.com.

Portfoliorocket.com is not recruiting or head-hunting, there is no job to push or sell and it's not coaching either. It’s a proprietary system she teaches design thinkers, creatives UXers, product designers,& keen digital marketers to help them find 80-85% of the jobs not posted online, in the hidden job market.

Loren works with creatives & marketers who no longer want to rely on 20% of jobs posted online or outsourcing their career to a recruiter. They see their value knowing that their credentials are not their potential!

Most importantly they know that no job is worth the cost of feeling undervalued, underpaid or under-challenged.

Loren isn't pretending to have all the answer during this challenging time or forecast the future. She is simply offering an open dialogue to address your concerns, fears, questions.

Creative Women’s Co. is a series of intimate gatherings for creative women entrepreneurs to connect with each other on a personal level, learn together and spark collaborations.

Our mission is to create an inspiring and collaborative community for women entrepreneurs.

We host monthly events that range from brunch mini-workshop, cocktails & conversations, speed mentoring, retreat, virtual talks, and panel events. Special events like speed mentoring and panel events are hosted annually. Our monthly events are each limited to 10-12 women (total including the host/co-host) in order to create an intimate environment, so it’s less like meeting up with random professionals but more like seeing friends.

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred.
